Inspiration #54: Back to black (bathroom hardware)

We’re nearing the one year anniversary mark of the #L2HQ master bathroom being done, so I thought this week I’d share some inspiration images from when I was deciding on the tub and black bathroom hardware. Black fixture finishes have become very popular since then, so let’s take a look at some of the images that piqued my interest during the renovation.

Techne Studio designed this gorgeous, simple soaking tub corner. The modern white tile and bath allow the black bathroom hardware and finishes to pop in the wash of light through the window. I don’t know that you could ever get me out of here.

This shared tub and shower space designed by Crosshatch adds a splash of intrigue with the black bathroom hardware and window finish. I love the deep sill that acts as a second shelf and the black rainfall head looks so luxurious.

I saw this beautiful bathroom design on simple form and dreamed of the possibilities with a bathroom with this much natural light. The black bathroom hardware looks like it grows out of the dark floor and the matching gooseneck faucets pop against the muted sinks.

The simplicity of this bathroom design at the stables makes me want to take a permanent vacation in this room, going back and forth from tub to shower. The black bathroom hardware stands out against the white background without stealing the show.

Dot + Pop featured this gorgeous bathroom design, including a great mix & match of material finishes and black bathroom hardware. The concrete basins and matching tub really steal the show, though.

Est living shared this beautiful modern space with black bathroom hardware. The farm-style soaking tub looks so relaxing and the simple lines of the hardware create a calming environment, perfect for a home spa weekend.
