Inspiration #46
As the master bathroom at #L2HQ moves forward quickly, I’m looking into bathroom tile accent wall options at every free moment. Subway, slab, marble, mosaic…all the options.
This is the latest in a weekly post of residential architecture inspiration. If you want to see past weeks, you can go here. If you want to see them curated on my pinterest (sometimes before they even hit the blog), go here.
Jasper Grool built out a stylish wing wall that plays peekaboo with the walk-in shower and the bathroom tile accent wall. While I’m not a fan of the wave in the hand-formed subway tile, there are other aspects that will be similar to the master en suite renovation/creation at the design lab. Hint: the peekaboo is definitely one of those aspects.
This walk-in shower by Zunica has all the awesomeness: a bathroom tile accent wall, black hardware, wing wall, and massive soaking tub. Throw in a skylight and fern for good measure and you might as well take my heart.
This shower by dizaino virtuve is laid out in a way that #L2HQ can’t accommodate, but I love the vertical subway tile used in the bathroom tile accent wall. Another Aesop sighting, too. And another gorgeous plant.
Another walk-in shower with an awesome bathroom tile accent wall. More Aesop? Not sure…and what is that baby alcove down at the bottom?
Arent & Pyke pulled off a stunner and this bathroom tile accent wall is only keeping up with the rest of the house. I wonder if that towel rack has a hot water adapter?
Rhys Jones and this marble bathroom tile accent wall are a match made in heaven. That slab work is beyond beautiful. Add a wing wall and a trench drain and you’re speaking my design language.
