Inspiration #65: Backyards of Greece

The wanderlust continues this week with seeking out the outdoor spaces of a specific country I’ve not yet been to: Greece! These backyards of Greece are sure to make you want to grab your swimsuit and cool down. So settle in and dream of summer escape with me.

Ahh, yes. As far as the backyards of Greece go, this project by Block722 takes calm to a whole new level. Multiple seating types, shade + sun, views of the ocean and horizon, plus a pool to cool off in…paradise.

If you’re looking to turn a dream into a reality (for a hefty price), you can have this backyard view in Greece all to yourself. Then again, it comes with a  cook and a housekeeper, so you can spend every minute soaking in this view. Yes, please.

The white cube by People is a gorgeous display of a modern backyard of Greece. With a pool that wraps a good portion of the perimeter and a variety of windows and doors, the natural ventilation and cooling must be wonderful, with the added benefit of the sound and smells of the ocean nearby.

Last but not least, this villa by K Studio merges multiple spaces throughout the home with the outdoors. Providing both a modern pergola and open spaces, the views and options for relaxing are endless.
